iDealBed Adjustable Base Warranty
All iDealBed adjustable bed bases include a standard 10-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only as expressly stated below. No other promises, obligations, or liabilities are made or implied.
This warranty applies solely to original residential purchasers and is not transferable.
Covered at no cost:
In-home service
Replacement parts
Technician labor (where required)
Customer responsibilities:
Returning failed parts when requested (prepaid return labels provided)
Providing reasonable access for inspection or service
Failure to return requested parts may void the warranty for that issue.

Electronic lift motors
Control boxes
Lights
USB charging ports
Power supply components
Massage motors*
Metal frame defects
Not Covered:
Installation / labor fees (video instructions provided for self-installation)
Shipping costs for replacement parts or frames
Remote controls (covered only in Year 1)
What’s Covered:
The metal frame structure against manufacturing defects
Not Covered:
Electronic lift motors
Control boxes
Lights
USB charging ports
Power supply components
Massage motors
All shipping, labor, or service fees
Massage Motor Fair-Use Limit
Massage motors are designed for intermittent use (up to 20 minutes per cycle - each cycle must be followed by a cool down cycle at least twice as long as the cycle).
A maximum of three (3) replacement massage motors may be issued during the warranty period.
Excessive, continuous, or commercial use is not covered nor recommended.
This warranty does NOT cover the following under any circumstance:
1. Misuse, Abuse, or Improper Use
Standing, sitting, or placing concentrated weight on the deck
Use with incompatible or non-OEM components
Damage caused by liquids, pets, insects, or environmental conditions
2. Commercial or Institutional Use
Not covered unless purchased privately for exclusive use by one individual:
Hotels
Care homes
Assisted living
Hospices
Rented homes
airBnB or similar
Multi-resident or communal facilities
This exclusion does not apply in the following instance - the purchase is for use in a single room of a care home, rest home or assisted living facility by the resident/spouse or family of the resident.
3. Damage Caused by Improper Setup
Incorrect assembly
Incorrect electrical connection
Failure to follow operating instructions
Using the deck to stand on/climb on
Applying excessive pressure in on single points
The lifting capacity is for the frame as a whole, customers should not apply pressure in single points - things that cause breakages this way are excluded, such as (not an exhaustive list):
Standing on the deck edge to change a lightbulb
Seeing how high the pillow tilt can lift with you sitting on that section only
Children using the raised foot section as a diving board
4. Normal Wear & Tear
Cosmetics, fabric covers, and normal operational noise
Motors becoming louder over time
Batteries in remotes
Occasional lubrication of moving parts
5. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Use of non-approved technicians or parts voids coverage for that issue.
6. Failure to Return Defective Parts
If the customer fails to return a required defective component, the warranty claim may be denied and future claims restricted.
Customer Obligations
To maintain warranty eligibility, the customer must:
Provide accurate information regarding the issue
Return defective components when requested
Allow reasonable scheduling for tech visits
Follow troubleshooting and installation steps when required
Refrain from misuse or operating the base outside intended residential use
Customers must report warranty issues as soon as reasonably possible after they are discovered, and in all cases no later than 30 days from the first occurrence. Issues that are not reported within this timeframe may have their warranty coverage limited or denied for that specific issue. Damage resulting from failure to report an issue promptly, or from continued use after damage becomes apparent, is not covered.
No Compensation, Damages, or Penalties
This warranty does not cover, and iDealBed shall not be liable for:
Pain and suffering
Emotional distress or inconvenience
Lost time, lost wages, or missed appointments
Service delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or part availability
Incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
Claims of urgency, “hardship,” or threats of legal escalation
Reimbursement of any costs not expressly stated as covered
The sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective part or frame.
No refunds, upgrades, loaner units, rental beds, or cash compensation will be provided.
Reasonable Effort Clause
iDealBed will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide warranty service.
No guarantee of same-day, next-day, or emergency service is made or implied.
Customer claims of urgency do not create additional obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied
iDealBed’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product
No agent, technician, retailer, or representative may modify or extend this warranty
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
To avoid nuisance lawsuits, include:
Warranty governed by the laws of the state of Florida
Any dispute must be resolved through binding arbitration, not court
Arbitration must be conducted in Orange County, Florida
Each party bears its own legal fees
Final Clause
Nothing within this warranty creates obligations beyond what is written here.
No oral statements, emails, or representations alter or expand this warranty.

Covered at no cost:
Manufacturing defects
Faulty materials
Visible physical flaws in the foam or support core
Body impressions or sagging greater than 1 inch, not associated with improper support
Covered:
Body impressions or sagging greater than 1 inch
Support core defects
Permanent indentations from materials failing under normal use
Not Covered:
Labor, delivery, or transportation fees
Replacement of accessories
Odors, cosmetic issues, or fabric-only faults beyond year 1
This warranty does NOT cover the following under any circumstance:
1. Stains, Marks, or Soiling of ANY Kind
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Sweat
- Spills (beverages, oils, lotions)
- Body fluids
- Pet accidents
- Mold, mildew, dampness
- Odors or smoke exposure
2. Mattress Used Without Proper Support
Warranty is void if the mattress is used on:
Broken slats
Bowed slats
A frame without center support (Full/Queen/King)
The floor
Bent, warped, or non-flat foundations
Any adjustable base not compatible with foam mattresses
3. Normal Wear & Tear
Softening of foam
Stretching of cover fabric
Normal increase in mattress body conformity
Odors
Minor cosmetic defects not affecting performance
4. Environmental or External Damage
Heat damage
Moisture / humidity damage
Mold or mildew
Rodent or insect damage
Mattresses used outdoors, in garages, sheds, storage units, etc.
Mattresses stored upright for extended periods
5. Commercial, Rental, or Institutional Use
Warranty void for:
Hotels
B&Bs
Airbnb/VRBO
Care homes
Hostels
Rentals
Student dormitories
Any mattress not used exclusively by the original purchaser inside their private home
6. Unauthorized Repairs, Cleaning, or Alterations
Using chemicals, solvents, steam cleaning, or attempting DIY repairs voids the warranty.
Customer Obligations
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:
Use a waterproof mattress protector from day one
Report issues within 30 days of first noticing them
Inspect the mattress upon delivery and report defects within 48 hours.
Provide photographs and reasonable access for inspection.
Return any defective components if requested (Foam layers, covers, etc.)
Warranty Remedies
The sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective component.
The following are not provided under any circumstance:
Refunds
Mattress exchanges for comfort preferences
Compensation for inconvenience, lost sleep, pain and suffering, or “stress”
Replacement due to stains or soiling
Upgrades to newer models
Loaner mattresses
Reasonable Effort Clause
iDealBed will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide warranty service.

Customer claims of urgency do not create additional obligations.
Limitation of Liability

No incidental or consequential damages
No liability for personal injury unless caused by a manufacturing defect
Warranty limited to original purchase price of the mattress
No representative may alter the warranty terms

Any dispute must be resolved through binding arbitration, not court
